Who says karma doesn’t catch up with people eventually? Reports state that O.J. Simpson had a really close call Tuesday evening after the premiere of the new TV series ‘The People Vs. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.’ The always suspected double murderer found himself in the middle of a beating that left him pleading for his life. O.J. was shanked with a homemade knife and the entire thing was caught on video, yet to be released.
According to correctional officers, O.J. was heard crying, “Please, I don’t want to die!” which is kind of ironic, all things considered. O.J. is currently serving time for an armed robbery in a Las Vegas hotel room. A sentence that brought slight satisfaction to those who believed the football star got away with murder more than a decade ago.
The word around the prison is that inmates, somehow without permission, accessed the new TV series in the prison rec center. The gruesome scenes in the series which showed Nicole Brown Simpson practically decapitated stirred up emotions with inmates and they decided to attack. Simpson was sent to the nearest trauma center to treat his injuries. Currently, he is being listed in critical condition.
